Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to drive growth, manage P&L, recruit and develop a high‑performing branch team, and deliver excellent service to clients and candidates. You will build strong client relationships, set pay and bill rates, and lead strategic initiatives to expand market presence.

Responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations, monitoring KPIs, and conducting regular business reviews with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service oriented staff.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop plans to win new business and renew existing contracts.
• Lead branch team, coach recruiters, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets; control costs and forecast revenue.
• Coordinate client reviews, determine pay/bill rates, and ensure service quality.
• Oversee recruiting activities and develop local relationships with staffing resources.
