Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead growth, retention, and profitability of a local branch. You will drive plans to acquire new clients, manage budgets, and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will oversee recruitment, training, and development, and ensure SLA compliance while maintaining strong relationships with human resources and operations partners across accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth in responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes plans to grow client base and revenue.
• Manages branch P&L and budget with cost controls.
• Leads recruitment, training, coaching, and development of branch staff.
• Ensures client satisfaction and compliance with SLAs and terms.
• Conducts regular business reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Oversees accounts receivable and credit control processes.
• Drives recruitment strategies and local relationships with education and community resources.
