Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding new and existing client relationships and leading a high-performing branch team.

You will oversee P&L, budgeting, recruitment, and training, ensure service levels for clients and candidates, and deliver top-notch results. This on-site role requires strategic planning, sales acumen, and strong people leadership.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost/lapsed accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLA targets are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews with clients and program teams.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR managers.
• Develop knowledge of economic trends affecting local businesses and adjust strategies.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, forecasts, and cost control.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and manage credit references.
