Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to grow existing client relationships, recruit and develop top talent, and manage branch performance. You will lead day-to-day operations, align client requirements with SLA targets, and drive continuous improvement across key KPIs.

You will build plans to win new business, supervise a sales/service-oriented staff, and maintain strong client communications to maximize satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to win new clients and expand existing ones.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Oversee branch P&L and cost control decisions.
• Develop recruitment strategies and on-board new customers including terms, risk, and rate negotiations.
• Coach and develop branch staff to meet KPIs and service levels.
• Monitor and improve processes to reduce costs while maintaining performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and licensing; maintain cash flow and collections.
