Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead client growth, recruitment strategies, and overall branch performance. You will direct sales plans, manage the budget, and drive profitability while delivering top service to candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, and develop a branch team, ensuring compliance with regulations and strong client relationships. Strong leadership and strategic planning are essential for success within a global staffing leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a track record of increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow and retain clients and win back lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; develop revenue and expense forecasts.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of branch staff to meet KPI targets.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular client communication and business reviews.
• Onboard new customers including terms, risk assessment, and fee negotiations.
• Monitor SLA compliance, credit references, and collections; maintain compliance with laws.
