Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth and manage a high-performing branch team in the United States. You will execute business plans, recruit and develop top talent, and ensure superior service to clients and candidates.

You will manage client relationships, set pay and bill rates, monitor KPI performance, and deliver regular business reviews to leadership while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a track record of increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience managing a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally with all levels of staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients, and achieve growth targets.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting, cost control, and staffing plans.
• Coach and develop recruiters; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Onboard new customers, manage terms, risk assessments, and fee structures.
• Maintain client relationships with regular reviews and escalation points.
