DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience by matching customers with the right vehicle and financing options. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations, with proven success in driving sales and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers and guide them through the DriveTime process.
• Manage the full sales cycle by making calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, audits, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and sales processes.
• Develop sales competencies including negotiation and customer experience.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a positive, safe, and high-performing environment.
