Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver effective customer interactions by understanding needs and matching customers with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options.

You will support dealership operations, complete required tasks, maintain compliance, and help ensure the dealership delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The role progresses through levels as you grow in sales, operations, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers who want to purchase a vehicle, guiding them through the DriveTime nurture and sales processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle by completing sales calls, securing appointments, and converting visits into completed sales.
• Perform operational responsibilities including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks.
