DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience in our dealership environment. You will guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and the path to ownership, while supporting daily store operations and compliance.

The role progresses through Levels 0–4 with increasing responsibilities and sales leadership opportunities. We value high school completion, a proven sales track record, and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; college preferred.
• 3+ years in sales and retail operations with proven performance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and guide them through the sales process.
• Manage full sales cycle, secure appointments, and convert visits into sales.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and perform inventory and audits.
