Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage with customers, understand their vehicle and financing needs, and guide them toward a confident purchase. You will also support daily dealership operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

The role involves managing appointments, following up on leads, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets while maintaining compliance and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in sales and retail operations with proven success in driving sales performance.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers to understand needs and guide vehicle and financing options.
• Manage the full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and conversion to sales.
• Perform store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, audits, and documentation.
