DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to connect customers with the right vehicle, financing, and next steps, ensuring a smooth purchase path and outstanding service.

You will support dealership operations, maintain compliance, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints. This role offers room for growth through multi‑phase progression and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations, with proven success in driving sales performance, managing operational processes, and delivering high‑quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers to guide them through the DriveTime nurture and sales processes.
• Manage full sales cycle by making calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Handle store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, and documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, website, financing options, and related sales processes.
