DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience by guiding buyers through vehicle selection, financing, and ownership paths. You will support dealership operations, maintain compliance, and help ensure consistency in service quality.

You will participate in multi-phase progression, learning from levels 0–4, while contributing to inventory control, cash handling, and daily administrative tasks to drive sales and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales or retail operations experience.
• Strong customer-facing skills and a proven track record of driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and guide them through vehicle selection and financing options.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and perform daily operations.
• Maintain inventory knowledge and assist with audits and documentation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for new hires.
