Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is looking for a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, guide them to the right vehicle and financing options, and support dealership operations. You will manage the full sales cycle, maintain inventory knowledge, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience across DriveTime family brands.

This role emphasizes training-new-hire mentorship, adherence to company directives, and multi-phase growth through levels 0–4 as you gain responsibility in sales,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelor’s preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers who showed interest in purchasing a vehicle.
• Manage the full sales cycle from calls to appointments to completed sales.
• Perform store operations tasks including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and sales processes.
• Support onboarding and training of new Sales and Operations Advisors.
