DriveTime Car Sales is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver exceptional customer interactions, understand needs, and match customers with the right vehicle and financing options. You will support dealership operations, ensure compliance, and help deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience across DriveTime stores.

Competenze

• 3+ years of sales and retail operations experience.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; ability to pass drug test and background check.

Mansioni

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage full sales cycle: make calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Perform operational duties: opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory audits, and documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and trade/post-sale processes.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences and support onboarding of new Sales and Operations Advisors.
