DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience by guiding customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and the full sales process. You will support dealership operations with opening/closing, cash handling, and administrative tasks while maintaining strong knowledge of inventory and financing options.

The role emphasizes building partnerships, driving sales, and contributing to a positive team environment with opportunities

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations, with proven success in driving sales performance and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Mansioni

• Open/close the store and handle cash.
• Sell vehicles and manage nurture activities, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain inventory knowledge, process audits, and administrative tasks (documentation, tags, title/registration).
• Provide a world-class customer experience and support onboarding and skill development for new hires.
