Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering bottom-line results. You will manage P&L, budgeting, and cost controls while leading a team of recruiters and account managers to meet KPIs and SLAs.

You will build client partnerships, supervise staff, and oversee recruiting operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliant practices across the branch.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow existing accounts and win back lost ones.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain customer satisfaction through reviews.
• Set pay and bill rates; manage branch P&L and budget.
• Lead recruiting activities, coaching, and development of the branch team.
• Conduct monthly reviews with leadership and maintain KPI and SLA performance.
• On-board new customers, manage credit references and terms.
