Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• “5+ years of relevant work experience” in sales or staffing.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a sales or service role.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing client relationships and understanding client needs.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting; monitor costs and forecast revenue.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff; coach and mentor recruiters.
• Ensure service levels and KPIs meet client expectations and SLAs.
• Onboard new customers, including terms, pay/bill rate negotiation, and rate setting.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
