Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead and grow client accounts, manage branch P&L, and oversee recruitment and staff development. You will deliver high-quality service to clients and candidates, negotiate terms, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

You will build strong relationships with HR and operations contacts, set pay and bill rates, monitor KPIs, and present monthly business reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow existing and new clients.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; provide regular business reviews.
• On-board new customers including terms, credit assessments, and pay/bill rate negotiations.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and ensure timely collections.
