Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and oversee P&L for the branch. You will lead recruitment, training, and development of the branch team while delivering outstanding service to candidates and clients.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, customer satisfaction, and cost control, with accountability for sales plans and budget adherence across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to win new clients and reduce churn.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control; set pay and bill rates.
• Coach recruiters, review KPIs, and drive process improvements.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk assessment, and billing negotiations.
• Maintain relationships with HR, Operations, and other client contacts.
