Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, build client relationships, and meet SLAs.
• Manage day-to-day performance of staff, coaching recruiters and teams.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgets, and forecasts; implement cost controls.
• Develop recruitment strategies and local relationships with colleges and workforce centers.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and proper credit references.
