Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients; manage client requirements and SLA targets.
• Coach, train, and mentor recruiters; ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
• Manage branch P&L, cost controls, budgets, and forecasts; monitor claims and renewals.
• Lead recruiting strategies and on-boards for new customers; maintain credit references and limits.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with the Director/VP and provide performance updates.
