Adecco Group is hiring a Branch Manager in the United States to lead client growth, account management, and branch operations. You will drive sales plans, recruitment strategies, and P&L management while delivering top service to clients and candidates.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to develop top talent within a fast-paced staffing environment. You will oversee budgeting, performance metrics, and local recruiting efforts.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts; build new client relationships; manage client SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day team performance; coach Recruiters and staff.
• Oversee branch P&L; develop revenue and expense forecasts and budget.
• Monitor workers’ compensation and unemployment claims; ensure compliance.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings; review KPI metrics and career goals.
• Create recruitment strategies and cultivate local recruiting resources; participate in recruiting as needed.
