• Strong written and oral communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to win new clients and protect existing ones.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and drive client satisfaction.
• Lead branch recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost control with KPI oversight.
• Conduct monthly reviews with clients and internal teams to align on priorities.
