Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and develop new clients.
• Meet client requirements and SLAs while optimizing profitability.
• Lead branch daily operations, coaching recruiters and staff to meet KPIs.
• Perform branch budgeting, P&L management, and cost-control activities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy meetings with clients.
