Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth of client accounts, manage P&L, and build a high-performing branch team. You will drive recruitment, training, and delivery of excellent service for candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience in a personnel service organization is preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to expand existing and new client business.
• Manage branch P&L and budget, monitor costs and revenue forecasts.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and branch staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee client onboarding, terms, risk assessment, and credit considerations.
• Ensure strong client satisfaction through regular reviews and escalation handling.
• Perform monthly business reviews with senior leadership and maintain relationships with key client contacts.
