Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Associate to help keep the community well-maintained, tidy, and welcoming. You will perform grounds and general maintenance tasks to uphold curb appeal and safety.

This on-site role requires a valid driver’s license to operate on-site vehicles and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will be part of a safety-focused, team-oriented service environment at Greystar communities.

Qualifications

• Maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal.
• Ability to respond to resident inquiries with respect.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA-related training.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and debris.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist the make-ready process.
• Complete routine service requests and assist make-ready specialists.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Notify supervisors of hazards and respond to resident questions.
