Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance/groundskeeping team member to maintain community grounds, assist with make-readies, and support service staff. The role requires attention to cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction across the property.

Responsibilities include inspecting common areas, handling minor repairs, lock changes, and safe operation of equipment. A valid driver’s license is required; the role may involve flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists in the make-ready process.
• Completes routine service requests and assists in the turn process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates comply with safety codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Provides courteous customer service and responds to resident concerns about maintenance.
• Follows safety policies and participates in safety trainings and reporting.
