Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in top condition. You will support the service team, perform routine make-ready tasks on vacant units, and help ensure safety and compliance across common areas.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, physical stamina for lifting and bending, and availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in an on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform bending and lifting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds, amenities, and common areas to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Remove litter, debris, and perform make-ready tasks for vacant units.
• Handle minor service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates function safely and according to codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and report hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous resident service and address complaints about maintenance.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with safety policies and training.
