Job summary

GREYSTAR is seeking a property maintenance associate to ensure the physical aspects of the community are well-maintained and standards are met for grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will support the service team with make-ready tasks and daily upkeep to provide a safe and welcoming living environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for golf cart operation, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a willingness to participate in safety trainings.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep common areas neat and free of litter at all times.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists in the make-ready process.
• Completes routine service requests and supports the make-ready specialist in turn processes.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates meet codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
• Delivers strong customer service by addressing resident questions and concerns with respect.
