Qualifications

• Groundskeeping and basic property maintenance skills.
• Ability to perform routine service tasks and respond to resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and keep common areas neat.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and cleans storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests and assists in the turnover process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates function safely and correctly.
• Distributes notices to residents as needed.
