Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate to maintain community grounds, assist the service team, and ensure curb appeal at our on-site properties. The role requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting, with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include removing litter, turning over vacants, handling minor service requests, locking changes, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and keep common areas neat.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for turnover.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the supervisor or manager.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates operate safely and according to codes.
• Distribute notices to residents as needed and report hazards promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and respond to maintenance inquiries.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA and safety policies.
