Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical condition of our communities, manage grounds, and support the service team. You will be responsible for keeping common areas tidy, handling turnover tasks, and assisting in safety compliance across the property.

The role requires a valid driver's license for golf-cart operations, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to perform outdoor physical tasks in all weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community throughout the day to keep areas clean and presentable.
• Removes trash and prepares vacant apartments for turnover.
• Completes routine service requests as directed by supervisor.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates operate safely.
• Distributes notices and communicates with residents as needed.
• Reports hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Provides customer service to residents and addresses complaints respectfully.
• Attends safety trainings and follows OSHA and policy requirements.
