Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Associate to ensure community grounds and amenities meet standards and to support the service team. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to make-ready tasks, and uphold safety and resident-service standards across Greystar-managed properties.

The role requires physical work, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This is an onsite, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments before make-ready and cleans storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests and assists in the turn process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates meet safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Provides courteous resident service and responds to maintenance-related questions and complaints.
• Complies with safety policies and attends safety trainings.
