Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate property vehicles and golf carts.
• Ability to perform standard maintenance tasks and basic repairs.
• Commitment to safety and residents' service quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community areas daily and remove litter and debris.
• Prepare vacant apartments for turnover and clean storage areas.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to maintenance questions.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and related policies.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents promptly.
