Greystar is seeking a maintenance-focused team member to keep the community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in excellent condition. You will support the service team, handle make-ready duties, and help ensure safety standards across the property.

Key responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, responding to routine work orders, and assisting with turnover. A valid driver's license for cart operation is required; competitive benefits are offered to full-time onsite staff.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings; keeps common areas and amenities neat and inviting.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and supports the make-ready process.
• Fulfills routine service requests and assists the make-ready specialist during turnover.
• Changes locks and ensures pool-area gates operate safely and according to codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates safety concerns to supervisors.
• Engages residents with courteous service and responds to maintenance-related inquiries and complaints.
