Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance professional to ensure the physical aspects of the community are well-maintained and curb appeal standards are met. You will support the service team by handling the day-to-day upkeep, turnovers, and resident requests.

Roles include inspects, turns, safety compliance, and responsive communication with residents. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule (evenings/weekends) are required, with a competitive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering questions, and responding to complaints about maintenance services.
• Attends safety meetings and completes required safety training (OSHA or related).
• Requires a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed across a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community throughout the day to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Clear vacant apartments of debris and prepare for turnover.
• Complete routine service requests as directed by the Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Change locks per policy and ensure pool area gates meet safety standards.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
