Job summary

Diligent Corporation, a leader in GRC SaaS, seeks a Senior Project Manager to guide customer adoption of Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage complex implementations, and drive value realization for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities include advisory work, project governance, and collaboration with Sales and Customer Success to expand product adoption across multiple time zones, including NA, Asia, and Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with business acumen.
• 5+ years’ experience in managing implementations of complex large-scale technology products.
• PM certification and/or training is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to help customers realize governance goals in Entity & Subsidiary Management.
• Proactively manage portfolio operations including revenue management and forecasting.
• Lead projects and mobilize resources to ensure on-time delivery and controlled budgets.
• Provide oversight of Professional Services during implementation lifecycle with requirements capture, design documents, project plans, and client enablement.
• Assist Sales, Customer Success and Solution Consultants in pre-sales activities and contracting.
