Required are 5–7 years in a client-facing legal/compliance role, superb communication, and a willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a client-facing role within legal, compliance, and entity management or subsidiary governance.
• Adaptive mindset with ability to demonstrate business value to customers.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships to deliver business value.
• Understanding of GRC domain, regulations, and experience with software platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multitasking capability.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on configuring, customizing, and optimizing the GRC platform to align with client processes.
• Assess client GRC requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with client teams on governance, risk, and compliance needs within the platform.
• Drive platform adoption and identify opportunities to expand usage and value.
• Partner with Product, CS, Support, and Sales to improve the platform based on client use cases.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to share insights with clients.
