Job summary

Diligent is seeking an experienced GRC Advisor in the United States to work with key accounts, drive adoption and retention, and identify expansion opportunities within our platform. This hybrid role requires strong client-facing skills, deep GRC knowledge, and the ability to translate regulatory concepts into business value.

You will collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to optimize the platform and share insights on regulatory developments with clients.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of client-facing experience in legal/audit/risk/compliance.
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts into business value.
• Proven relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on configuring and optimizing the GRC platform to align with clients’ processes.
• Assess clients' GRC requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate on governance, risk, and compliance roadmaps within the platform.
• Promote platform adoption and identify at-risk clients to increase usage.
• Partner with Product, CS, Support, and Sales to improve the platform using client use cases.
• Monitor regulatory trends and share insights with clients from a subject-matter expert perspective.
