Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Consulting Manager for Governance, Risk & Compliance (Workiva) to lead end-to-end implementations and guide client engagements. The role emphasizes delivering scalable GRC solutions, managing multiple workstreams, and communicating with executives for strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, oversee configurations, and ensure successful go‑live and post‑implementation support. Remote and hybrid options are available with travel ~20%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Workiva GRC software in a client-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, SOX/compliance, internal audit, ERM, and policy management.
• Experience leading requirements workshops and translating requirements into designs and implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Workiva GRC (Controls, Audit, Risk, and Policies).
• Manage project delivery across scope, timelines, risks, and multiple workstreams.
• Conduct client discovery sessions to gather requirements and map current-state processes.
• Translate business and compliance needs into scalable Workiva GRC designs.
• Oversee system configuration, data setup, workflows, reporting, and testing.
• Serve as the primary client lead, guiding design decisions and executive communications.
