Job summary

Diligent is seeking an experienced GRC Advisor to join the team and work on Key accounts to drive adoption and retention and identify areas for expansion within our platform. This position will leverage our GTM, and value drivers established through combining people, process, and technology to support our customer-success strategy.

Based in the United States with a hybrid work model, travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing role within the legal, compliance, and entity management or subsidiary governance industry.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally to understand the underpinning needs of delivering business value.
• Understanding of GRC domain, regulations, industry standards, as well as experience with software solutions and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels and translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on configuring, customizing, and optimizing the GRC platform to align with clients’ processes and objectives.
• Assess clients’ GRC requirements, objectives, and challenges to recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with clients on internal roadmaps, governance, risk, and compliance requirements to be implemented within Diligent’s platform.
• Ensure proper understanding and adoption of the platform solutions to identify at-risk clients and increase usage.
• Partner with internal Product, CS, Support, and Sales teams to drive continuous improvement of the platform.
• Monitor regulatory developments and share insights with clients from a subject matter expert perspective.
