Job summary

Diligent is seeking an experienced Advisory & Consulting Manager (Risk & Audit) to lead delivery and client engagements within our Professional Services team. You will drive successful SaaS implementations, onboarding, and risk & audit consulting outcomes, partnering with clients to achieve measurable governance improvements.

You will manage multi‑project portfolios, coordinate teams, and ensure value delivery while aligning with Diligent’s Services Strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation delivery, or operations-focused roles.
• Experience with technology platforms and complex business processes with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience in leveraging AI to improve project delivery, workflows and operational efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for clients, from kick-off to go-live.
• Manage project portfolio operations, time/scope capture, project financials, and team utilization.
• Mobilize resources to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery and budget adherence.
• Translate client goals into clear designs and implementation plans for GRC outcomes.
• Own RAID management, maintain risk logs, drive mitigation, and escalate decisions early.
• Facilitate client workshops and training to drive user adoption.
• Oversee project communications and stakeholder management with clear status updates.
• Monitor project health and respond to delivery drift with corrective actions.
• Coach Senior Specialists and Specialists in project management and delivery excellence.
• Identify opportunities to expand product footprint with clients.
