Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for strategic contracts. You will oversee client trust, team health, staffing, contract management, and growth within a remote-first, nationwide context.

Responsibilities include managing complex programs, coordinating with finance, and driving delivery excellence while aligning with Nava's public-good mission. Travel to Richmond, VA is noted in requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Experience working with state government agencies and government contracting.
• Experience leading agile development teams at scale.
• Ability to manage complex programs, milestones, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Exceed expectations of government partners by building strong, trusted relationships and maintaining high situational awareness at the agency level.
• Proactively detect risks and resolve them with delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Engage clients to understand needs, communicate progress, and solve issues transparently.
• Grow program scope with new opportunities, CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and resolve cross-team problems.
• Support delivery environments based on mutual trust between government partners and Nava team.
• Scale delivery with a team of project managers and delivery leads.
• Coordinate contracts and finances with the finance team and handle modifications.
• Set standards for delivery excellence and client service.
• Apply Nava policies at the program level and contribute to company objectives.
