Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Experience with state government agencies, contracting, and audit trails.
• Leading large-scale agile delivery with complex milestones and risks.

Responsibilities

• Exceed government partner expectations by cultivating trusted relationships and high situational awareness at the agency level.
• Detect risks early and resolve delivery, process, staffing, and contract milestones with stakeholders.
• Engage clients continuously to understand needs, align vision, and transparently report progress.
• Grow the program with surge CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve cross-team delivery challenges.
• Maintain delivery environments built on mutual trust and scale with a team of PMs and leads.
• Manage contracts and finances within portfolio in coordination with finance.
• Uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service.
