Job summary

Humana is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contract requirements. You will develop staffing models, manage the Position Tracking System, and support audits and vendor relations.

Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding of temporary workers, responding to HR requests, and producing monthly staffing reports. Remote position with ET hours and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experienced with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Humana Government Business and Human Resources to ensure contract compliance.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals for government contracts.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System and support audits by government agencies.
