Job summary

Humana is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts. You will help develop staffing models and labor cost proposals and participate in audits.

This remote role requires a bachelor's degree, 3 years HR compensation experience, and strong Excel skills. You will support payroll on Service Contract Act requirements, maintain the Position Tracking System, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three (3) years of HR compensation experience with confidential data.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to HR Business Partners information requests.
• Provide guidance to Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday on time.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals with the pricing team.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate screening/onboarding of temporary workers and verify timecards.
• Assist with contract terms and vendor evaluation with Corporate Procurement.
