Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts.

You will develop staffing models and labor cost proposals and participate in agency audits. Responsibilities include maintaining the HGB Position Tracking System, coordinating with our contingent labor vendor, onboarding temporary workers, and producing monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and graphs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure contract compliance.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals.
• Participate in audits by Government agencies.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing data.
• Manage relationship with the contingent labor vendor.
• Screen and onboard temporary workers, verify trainings, and process timecards.
• Coordinate with Corporate Procurement on contracts and vendor evaluation.
• Produce monthly staffing reports and ad hoc reports from systems.
