Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to act as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contract requirements and developing staffing models and labor cost proposals.

The role includes audits, position tracking system maintenance, vendor management, and reporting. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of HR compensation experience are required, with strong Excel skills; this is a remote position with EST business

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required due to DoD contract.
• Not eligible to hire in Puerto Rico per government contract.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas and graphs).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources to ensure contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to HR information requests.
• Guide payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Post vacant positions in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing models.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain HGB Position Tracking System with staffing data.
• Produce monthly staffing reports.
• Develop/ad hoc reports from HR systems as needed.
• Manage relationship with contingent labor vendors.
• Consult leaders on temporary staffing needs.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers.
• Support procurement in contract terms and vendor evaluation.
• Assist with special team projects.
