Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned People Consulting professional to lead global ADP WFS initiatives, advising on timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and related workforce processes. You will guide multi-national projects, build client relationships, and contribute to service delivery excellence across capabilities and geographies.

The role requires travel and a hybrid work model, balancing client sites with EY offices. A strong WFS background and big 4/consulting experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant ADP WFS experience.
• WFS certifications, preferably Timekeeping, with multiple certifications preferred.
• Subject matter expert in Workforce Solution domain (time management, attendance, forecasting, scheduling).
• Experience leading global/multi-national ADP WFS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on large-scale WFS projects, focusing on ADP WFS deployments.
• Provide client service excellence with clear, insightful solutions.
• Balance multiple priorities and lead new teams, building client relationships.
• Advise on WFS best practices and service delivery models to reduce risk.
• Support smooth transitions during ADP WFS implementations and transformations.
