Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned WFS consultant to join the People Consulting team in the US. You will work on large-scale ADP WFS projects, advising on best practices, and leading multi-national implementations. This role requires strong client engagement and delivery across capabilities and geographies.

You will thrive in a hybrid EY environment with travel as needed, contributing to the growth of WFS services and helping clients transform their workforce management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in ADP WFS or similar.
• WFS certification(s) required, preferably Timekeeping.
• Experience leading global/multi-national WFS implementations.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale WFS projects, especially ADP WFS implementations.
• Deliver high-quality client service and work products with multiple priorities.
• Advise on WFS best practices and service delivery models.
• Develop proposals and deliver client presentations.
